WELCOME

The Back Country Horsemen of Nevada (BCHNV) organization is made up of people who share a love for horses, are dedicated to protecting the land, and believe in the right to ride on public lands.

MISSION STATEMENT, BACK COUNTRY HORSEMEN of AMERICA Perpetuate the common sense use and enjoyment of horses in America's backcountry and wilderness, work to insure that public land remains open to recreational stock use. Assist various government and private agencies in their maintenance and management of said resources. Educate, encourage, and solicit active participation in the wise and sustaining use of backcountry resource by horsemen and the general public. Foster and encourage the formation of new state Back Country Horsemen organizations.
